Ingredients for the dough:
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Sugar – 120 g;
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- Flour – 120 g;
- Baking powder – ½ tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Apples – 5 pcs;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of apple roll:
Peel apples from the peel and core, grate on a coarse grater and mix with sugar. You can add cinnamon or lemon juice to the apple
mixture
to taste.
For the dough, beat eggs with salt with a mixer for about 10-12 minutes, gradually add vanilla sugar to the mixture.
Combine
the
flour and baking
powder,
gradually sift
into the egg mixture,
knead the dough from top to bottom. Grease
the parchment on the baking tray
with
butter
, spread
an even layer of apple
filling
.
Pour
the
dough over the apple filling, spreading
it over the top.
Bake the biscuit at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then transfer the biscuit to the parchment and roll up into a roll.
