Cooking pies has always been considered a rather complicated, long occupation. In the past, pies were given a lot of time and effort, as they were cooked for a huge family.
Now there is no need for constant long cooking for all members of the family. On the contrary, simple and quick cooking methods have become appreciated. However, it is not always possible to cook pies quickly. It is necessary to look for special recipes to quickly prepare baked goods.

Ingredients for peach pie:
- Kefir – 250 ml;
- semolina – 250 ml;
- Sugar – 250 ml;
- Flour – 250 ml;
- Peaches – 5 pcs;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Butter – 50 g;
- Leavening agent – 10 g;
- Salt – a pinch.
Preparation of peach pie:
Combine in a bowl kefir with semolina and granulated sugar, stir. Break eggs into the mixture, salt.
Melt butter in the microwave, pour into the semolina mixture, mix thoroughly until homogeneous. Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead into a thick, sticky dough.
Separate the pips from the peaches, cut the pulp into small cubes

Cover the baking dish with parchment, spread ½ of the dough evenly
on the
surface.
Place the peach pulp on top of the dough

Cover the pulp with the second part of the dough.
Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
After baking, the degree of readiness of the pie can be checked with a wooden skewer. It should come out of the pie dry, without any dough residue.
