Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs;
- Boiled chicken breast – 1 piece;
- Peas – 300 g;
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Prunes – 10 pcs;
- Boiled beets – 1 pc;
- Garlic – 1 clove;
- Mayonnaise;
- Salt;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Vinegar – 2 tsp.
Preparation of salad “Graf”:
Dice small onions, add to it a pinch of salt and vinegar, mix. Leave the onion to marinate for 10 minutes.
Peeled boiled potatoes grate on a coarse grater, put the first layer in the salad. Smear potatoes with mayonnaise, put onions on it.
Cut chicken into small cubes and put

on the onion layer. Lubricate the meat layer with mayonnaise, put peas on it. Grate
eggs on a coarse grater and put them on the pea layer, lubricate with mayonnaise. Cut prunes finely and put them on the egg layer.
