It is a flatbread or pancake in which a meat filling is wrapped. Cooking brizoli is different from cooking pancakes with meat. For this reason, you should not confuse these viands.

Ingredients of the filling for brizoli:

  • minced meat – 500 g;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • onion – pcs;
  • sea cabbage – 150 g;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • tomato – pcs.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • sour cream – 2 tbsp;
  • tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons;
  • cheese – 50 g.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • eggs – 8 pcs;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • milk – 100 ml.

Preparation of brizoli:

In the meat mass through a meat grinder pass the onion, mix and salt. To prepare the batter, pour salt into a bowl with eggs, pour milk and whisk until homogeneous. Pour

a ladle of egg mixture on a hot surface of the frying pan, fry on both sides for 30-40 seconds. While the pancakes are cooking, you can finely dice the tomato and shred the cheese on a coarse grater.

Distribute the mincemeat on the surface of the pancakes. On the semicircle of each pancake put the stuffing – tomato with cheese, cabbage with cheese, cabbage with tomato. Wrap the pancakes into rolls, put them in a baking mold greased with vegetable oil.
