Detailed recipe for a delicious dish of young cabbage, which can be prepared in just half an hour.
Ingredients:

Young cabbage – 800 g
– Salt – 1 teaspoon
– Green onions
– Parsley
– Dill
– Ground black pepper
– Eggs – 3 pcs.
– Sour cream – 200-250 g (the fatter, the tastier)
– Cheese (e.g. mozzarella) – to taste
– Vegetable oil for greasing the form
Preparation:
1. Take a small young cabbage weighing about 800 g and cut it into strips.
2. Add a teaspoon of salt and gently crush the cabbage with your hands so that it juices faster.
3. Chop the green onions and add them to the cabbage.
4. Add the chopped parsley and dill.
5. Season with your favorite spices and add ground black pepper to taste.
6. In a separate bowl, beat three eggs and add 200-250 g of sour cream.
7. Add half of the grated cheese (such as mozzarella) to the mixture and mix well.
8. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the whole mixture in it, smooth it out.
9. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
11. Allow the dish to cool slightly and cut into portioned pieces.
