- Milk – 100 ml;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;

- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of pumpkin casserole:
Clean the pumpkin and get rid of the insides. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and send it to a pan with heated vegetable oil.
Fry the pumpkin on high heat for 5 minutes. Turn the heat down to medium and pour the milk into the pumpkin.
Cover the pumpkin with a lid and cook until the vegetable absorbs the milk.
