Tender roll – finger-lickin’ delicious! A simple recipe, but such a dessert can be served on a festive table

The roll turns out not only tasty, but also with a very original appearance, thanks to which, such a dessert can be served on a festive table.

For preparation you will need the following ingredients:

powdered sugar, 17 tbsp;

– eggs, 10 pcs;

– flour, 160 g; –

cocoa, 4 tbsp

; – milk, 100 ml; –

vanillin to taste;

– vegetable oil, 3 tbsp

; – soft cheese, you can mascarpone, any cottage cheese.

Process of preparation

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites to a thick and stable foam.

Mix the yolks with powdered sugar, vegetable oil, cold milk and knead until homogeneous.

Sift the flour and pour it into the yolk mixture, stir. Divide the mixture into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one part and mix.

Now add the whipped proteins equally to both yolk masses, mix gently with a spatula from bottom to top until completely homogeneous.

Cover the baking tray with parchment and place the light mass, smooth it over the entire surface.

Place the brown mass in a bag or pastry bag and squeeze over the entire surface of the white mass. With a wide-edged spoon, use the end of the spoon to run it over the surface of the dough, reaching to the bottom. In this way, mix both parts – white and brown. First horizontally, then vertically.

Preheat the oven – 180 degrees, baking time – 20 minutes.

Take the biscuit out of the mold and paper. Then roll up into a tight roll and cover with paper.

Mix cheese or cottage cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla to taste, smear inside the biscuit and roll up the roll again. Put the roll in the refrigerator for a few hours.
