Ingredients for the dough:
- Eggs – 5 pcs;
- Sugar – 120 g;
- Flour – 100 g;
- Vegetable oil – 50 g;
- Milk – 50 ml;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Leavening agent – ½ tsp;
- Jam – 200 g.
Ingredients for the cream:
- Curd – 200 g;
- Sour cream – 70 g;
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- Sugar – 70 g.
Preparation of cottage cheese roll:
Pour vegetable oil and milk into a bowl, pour a tablespoon of sugar and salt, mix. Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead a thick stretchy dough without lumps.
Separate eggs into yolks and whites, put the yolks into the dough and mix. Beat the egg whites and sugar with a mixer until stiff white peaks
. Gently combine the egg whites with the dough. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment and spread it evenly over the surface.

Bake the biscuit at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. After baking get rid of the parchment, smear the surface of the biscuit with jam.
For the cream, mix cottage cheese with sugar, sour cream and vanilla sugar. Coat the sponge cake with cream and roll up into a roll.
Leave the roll in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
