Ingredients for pie with jam:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- sugar – 90 g;
- vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- milk – 75 ml;
- vegetable oil – 75 ml;
- flour – 180 g;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- jam – 200 g;
- nuts – 50 g;
- powdered sugar – tsp.
Preparation of the pie with jam:
In a bowl to the eggs pour vanilla and classic sugar, pour milk and vegetable oil, beat for a minute with a mixer until frothy. Pour the flour and baking powder into the mixture, continue kneading for 30 seconds with a mixer
. Cover the baking dish (diameter 20 cm) with parchment, fill the surface with ½ of the batter

Bake the biscuit for 14 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Smear the surface of the biscuit with jam, pour the rest of the batter.
Continue baking the pie for 18 minutes at the same temperature.
Smear the top of the pie with jam, sprinkle with crushed nuts and powdered sugar.
