- semolina – 400 g;

- dry yeast – 5 g;

- sugar – 40 g;
- milk – 300 ml;

- water – 300 ml.
Preparation of Mordovian pancakes:
In a bowl mix semolina, granulated sugar and yeast. Pour the loose products with warm water, leave in the heat under a film for an hour.
Milk should be heated to 50-60 degrees, pour into the semolina mixture. Integrate salt, eggs and butter into the mixture, mix well. We leave the mass for an additional 20 minutes under a lid.
