Ingredients for dumplings:
- flour – 600 g;
- egg – pcs;
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp;
- salt – tsp;
- pork – 500 g;
- lard – 100 g;
- onion – 200 g;
- cold water – 70 ml.
Preparation of dumplings:
Stir the flour with half a teaspoon of salt. In a glass of 200 ml break an egg, pour vegetable oil. Fill the glass with egg and oil to the brim with warm water, pour in the flour.
Gather the components into a lump and knead on a clean table for 5 minutes. Leave the dough under the lid for an hour.
At this time, chop pork, lard and onion in a meat grinder, mix.
Pour water to the minced meat, salt and mix.
Separate small parts of the dough and roll out into thin layers.
You can divide the dough into small rolls in advance, so that it can rest better before rolling.
Sprinkle the table and dumpling pan with flour and place a layer of dough on it. Put
the filling in the recesses of the dumpling pan.
Roll out the second layer of dough and cover it with the filling. Roll out the dumplings with a rolling pin, separating each dumpling from the total layer.
Homemade dumplings can be put away in the freezer, some can be cooked immediately.
For cooking it is recommended to use onions, bay leaf and favorite spices, it turns out an excellent hearty dinner.
