Choosing a good recipe for cooking beef, you get a delicious and juicy lunch. You can find meat in any supermarket and make yourself an appetizer that will please not only your stomach, but also your eyes.
Previously, only tender pieces of the bull’s body were used for steaks, that is, parts that were not intensively involved in movement. Now you can use any pieces of the body for cooking. In any case, it will turn out delicious. Today we have prepared a recipe for cooking one and a half kilograms of beef. Keep it!
Ingredients for the appetizer:
- beef – 1.5 kg;
- onions – 2 pcs;
- baguette – pcs;
- carrots – pcs;
- garlic – 2-3 cloves;
- hot pepper – pcs;
- sweet pepper – 2 pcs;
- cranberry juice – 200 ml;
- vegetable oil – 80 ml;
- olive oil – 30 ml;
- coriander – tsp;
- salt, pepper.
Preparation of the appetizer:
Cut the meat into portioned pieces, pepper and salt to taste. Rub the seasoning with your hands. Spread the beef on a baking dish. Sprinkle with half rings of onion. Cover with a plastic bag and leave for 2 hours.
Cut the baguette into slices and drizzle olive oil on both sides. Toast the slices in a dry frying pan. Rub the cooled slices with garlic.
Fry the meat without onions in a pan with vegetable oil. 2-3 minutes on each side is enough.
On the remaining fat fry fresh onion in half rings and grated carrots. Add finely chopped garlic and chili pepper. Remove the center of the sweet pepper, cut it and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
Put the meat on top and pour cranberry juice over it. Set a slow fire, stew for 30-40 minutes.
Arrange the appetizer on a saucer.
It turns out very juicy and appetizing.
