Ingredients for baked pink salmon:
- Pink salmon – 1 kg;
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Black pepper – 1/3 tsp;
- Seasoning for fish – 1/2 tsp;
- Lemon – 1 pc;
- Onion – 2 pcs;
- Parsley – bundle;
- Dill – a bunch;
- Butter – 40 g;
- Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
Preparation of baked pink salmon:
Clean the pink salmon from the head, tail and fins, remove the insides and rinse. Make incisions across the fish carcass
