It is worth giving a recipe for cooking juicy fried chicken breast for dinner.
Ingredients for fried chicken breast:
- chicken breast – 3 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- flour – 60 g;
- butter – 1/2 tbsp;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- apple cider vinegar – 1/2 tbsp;
- soy sauce – one tbsp;
- honey – 90 g;
- green onions – bundle.
Preparation of fried chicken breasts:
We make cross deep incisions on the surface of chicken breasts, which we sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
In a skillet, melt butter.
Dip each breast in flour, place in skillet with vegetable oil. While the breast is frying on medium heat, crush garlic cloves and finely chop.
Turn the fried chicken breast in the pan several times during cooking. Place chopped garlic between the breasts and fry lightly.
Pour honey and garlic in the middle of the breasts in the pan, add soy sauce and apple cider vinegar. Bring the mixture in the skillet to a boil, and then cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
