Ingredients for fruit pie:
- egg – pcs;
- sugar – 100 g;
- vegetable oil – 100 ml;
- lemon zest;
- flour – 220 g;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- plum jam – 2 tbsp;
- plum – 2 pcs;
- peach – 2 pcs;
- apricots – 2 pcs.
Preparation of fruit cake:
In a container break the egg, pour sugar and pour vegetable oil.
Add lemon zest
