Cutlets are one of the important dishes in the world cuisine. The fact is that cutlets can be universal. The merit of this meat dish is that it can be prepared by both experienced cooks and ordinary housewives.

Ingredients for cutlets:
- butter – 2 tablespoons;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- minced meat – 500 g;
- egg – pcs;
- parsley – bundle;
- garlic – clove.
Preparation of cutlets:
Cut a small diced onion, in a frying pan in butter fry the onion until golden.
Break an egg into a bowl with minced meat

and fried onion, mix. From the resulting mass form cutlets.
Fry the cutlets on both sides in a frying pan at high heat. Our task is to seal the cutlets, namely to create a ruddy crust.
Transfer the cutlets into a mold for baking, tightly cover the dish with foil. Bake the cutlets in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
These cutlets do not contain in the composition of unnecessary ingredients – bread and milk.
