Ingredients for beet salad:
- boiled beets – 4 pcs;
- pickled cucumbers – 4 pieces;
- boiled eggs – 4 pcs;
- dill – a bunch;
- onion – 1 pcs.;
- black pepper – a bundle;
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Boil to readiness beets, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes, cut
boiled eggs into small pieces, finely chop dill. Cut finely diced onions
. Put in a salad bowl beet pulp, pickled cucumbers, eggs. Sprinkle the components with chopped dill
. Fry the chopped onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden. Put the onions in a salad bowl, sprinkle with ground black pepper. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
