Pirozhki is a pastry made of yeast or yeastless dough with a filling inside. And the filling in pies can be different, from vegetable to meat. In addition, many prepare pies with fruit fillings. Such sweet pies can be a budget dessert for the whole family.

Ingredients of the dough for pirozhki:

  • kefir – 200 ml;
  • salt – tsp;
  • sugar – 2 tsp;
