. Initially, the salad “Olivier” was an exquisite dish consisting of ribs, crawfish necks, capers, pickles, potatoes and other ingredients. The dressing was a special sauce based on mayonnaise with mustard and secret spices.

.Ingredients:

  • radish – 300 g;
  • cucumber – 2 pcs;
  • potatoes – 3 pcs;

  • eggs – 5 pcs;
  • boiled sausage – 300 g;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt – a pinch.

Preparation of dacha Olivier:

Boil hard-boiled eggs, boil potatoes until ready. Dice radishes, cucumber, eggs and peeled potatoes
