Ingredients for chops:
- Chicken fillet – 1 kg.
Ingredients for marinade:
- Onion – 4 pcs;
- Garlic – 4 cloves;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Black pepper – a pinch;
- Smoked paprika – a pinch.
Ingredients for the batter:
- Hard cheese – 150 g;
- Egg – 3 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Flour – 4 tbsp.
Preparation of chops:
Lay out the fillets on food film, cover the meat with it.
For the marinade rub onion and garlic on a small grater

Add salt, black pepper and smoked paprika to the onion and garlic. Pour 40-50 ml of water into the marinade, mix everything thoroughly.
For the batter, break eggs in a separate bowl, grate cheese on a fine grater. Put the cheese in the beaten eggs, stir.
