Cheesecakes have gained their popularity due to the useful ingredients in the composition and the simple way of preparing the dish. Of course, it is impossible to say that cheesecakes are relevant for all countries. However, cheesecakes are revered in the CIS countries. Often curds can be found on the shelves of stores in ready-made form. It is better to prepare cheesecakes yourself, even if you do not know how. There is a simple recipe for curds.
Ingredients for curds:
- Curd – 250 g;
- Apple -1 pc;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Baking powder – ½ tsp;
- Vanillin – 2 drops;
- semolina – 5 tbsp.
Preparation of cottage cheese:
Grate the apple on a coarse grater without peeling it. Put the apple mass into cottage cheese with eggs, pour in vanillin, pour in
sugar, salt and leavening agent, mix. Add semolina to the curd mass and mix.
Leave the mixture under a lid for 20 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the curd portions with a tablespoon.
Fry the curds on each side until browned.
Serve the curds with sour cream or condensed milk.
