Good thing, long ago, thoughtful cooks came up with a convenient unit of measurement – a glass. Many different recipes with the name “Three glasses” have appeared.
This allows you not to spend on kitchen scales, which not everyone needs. Plus, you definitely won’t get the grams wrong. All glasses usually have the same volume – 250 ml. With the number of components per dish will definitely not be mistaken.

Desserts on kefir dough without impregnation can be made quickly and easily thanks to glasses.
Let’s prepare cakes on kefir “Three glasses”
Ingredients:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- sugar – 200 g – 1 cup;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- kefir – 250 ml – 1 cup;
- flour – 160 g – 1 cup;
- vanilla sugar;
- instant coffee – 1 tbsp;
- baking soda – 1 tsp;
- condensed milk – 300 g;
- lemon juice – 20 ml;
- thick sour cream – 400 g.
Preparation of the cake “Three glasses”:
Mix the eggs with salt and sugar, beat until the grains of sand dissolve. Pour into the egg mixture vegetable oil, you can replace it with melted butter
. Pour into the mixture also warm kefir, mix the components. Sift flour into the mixture and knead a thick dough.
Pour a pinch of vanilla sugar into the dough, you can replace it with vanilla extract. Divide the dough into two equal parts, pour a couple of tablespoons of flour into one and coffee into the other.
Pour ½ tsp

baking soda into the dough for each biscuit

It is important to add the baking soda before baking the biscuits.
Cover the mold with parchment, pour the batter and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Check the readiness of the biscuits with a wooden skewer, it should come out dry.
In addition to baking soda, add 1 tablespoon of flour to the dough with coffee before baking

Cut the caps off the ready biscuits, divide each biscuit into two cakes.
For the cream, pour lemon juice into the condensed milk and stir. Add sour cream or cottage cheese, mix too.
Smear each crust with cream, assemble the cake, alternating classic and coffee crusts

Cream the sides of the cake and the top.
Chop the caps in a blender and sprinkle them on the top and sides of the cake.


Leave the cake to soak for a couple of hours in the refrigerator and serve with tea.
