Baked duck with potatoes is one of the most spectacular and delicious dishes, which is perfect for both family dinners and festive events. Ingredients:

  • duck carcass – 1.8 kg;
  • potatoes – 1.3 kg;
  • apples – 3 pcs;
  • prunes – 10 pcs;
  • honey – 1 tsp;
  • garlic – 5 cloves;
  • salt – 2 tsp;
  • kiwi – ½ tsp;
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp.

Preparation of baked duck with potatoes:

For the marinade, mix honey with soy sauce, grate garlic into the mixture, salt. Smear the duck with this mixture inside and outside, and then under cellophane marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. In
