- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Hard cheese – 70 g;
- Sour cream – 7 tbsp;
- Lemon pepper – ½ tsp;
- Dried Italian herbs – ½ tsp;
- Ground black pepper – a pinch;
- Salt – ⅓ tsp;
- Dry ground garlic – ½ tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Tomato – 2 pcs;
- Herbs – a couple of sprigs.
Preparation of chicken casserole:
Cut small pieces of chicken fillet, salt and pepper it.
Grease a baking dish with butter and lay the chicken fillet on the bottom in an even layer.
Break eggs in a bowl, sprinkle them with dried Italian herbs, lemon pepper, ground black pepper, salt and dry garlic.
Put sour cream into the egg mixture and stir.
