These substances are necessary to maintain health and normal functioning of the body.

It should be remembered that custard is a fairly caloric product. Therefore, its consumption in large quantities can lead to weight gain.

Let’s try not to overdo it with cream buns, let’s prepare this dessert for tea.

Ingredients of dough for buns “Lakomka”:

  • milk – 120 g;
  • sugar – 150 g;
  • fresh yeast – 15 g;
  • eggs – 2 pcs;
  • butter – 60 g;
  • salt – 1/2 tsp;
  • vanilla – a pinch;
  • flour – 450 g.

Ingredients for the custard:

  • egg – 1 pc;
  • sugar – 80 g;
  • starch – 50 g;
  • milk – 400 g;
  • butter – 80 g;
  • vanilla – a pinch.

Preparation of buns “Lakomka”:

In a bowl with warm milk break eggs, pour sugar, yeast, pour melted butter and mix thoroughly. Pour vanilla and salt into the mixture and mix again.

Sift flour into the milk mixture in batches and knead the dough. When the dough forms a ball, knead it on a table sprinkled with flour for 7 minutes.

The dough should be soft and not sticky.

Grease the dough with vegetable oil and leave it under the foil and cellophane for an hour.

Be sure to make a hole in the film.

For the cream in a saucepan mix the egg with sugar and starch. Pour milk into the mixture and bring to a thickening and boiling on medium heat.

Do not forget to stir the mixture constantly.

After boiling, cook the custard base for another 30 seconds. Next, add vanilla to the mixture and mix. Cover the base with cling film and leave to cool.
