Pizza is a dish that is loved all over the world. It is a round flatbread with a variety of toppings: meat, sausage, seafood, vegetables and, of course, cheese. The

It is believed that it appeared in ancient Egypt and ancient Greece. However, it was the Italian pizzaiolos who brought the recipe for this dish almost to perfection. Nowadays there are many pizza recipes that differ in dough, sauces and toppings.

It can be ordered at home or cooked yourself. It’s a great choice for a friendly party, a family dinner or a quick snack.
Ingredients:
- 5% cottage cheese – 600 g;
- flour – 80 g;
- leavening agent – ½ tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sour cream;
- ketchup.
Preparation of pizza:
In a bowl with cottage cheese pour flour and baking powder, beat the eggs, salt and thoroughly beat with an immersion blender. Leave the homogeneous mass for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
Then lay out small tortillas on a tray lined with parchment. Form the pizza dough with a wide depression.
Mix sour cream with ketchup, smear the bottom of each flatbread with the resulting mixture. As toppings you can use products at will: cheese, sausage, bacon, cucumbers, tomatoes.
Bake the pizza at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
It turns out quite healthy pizza from the simplest products. This recipe is performed quickly, while it turns out no less tasty than the classic pizza.
