Ingredients for cookies:
- Milk – 50 ml;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp;
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- Salt – pinch;
- Egg – pcs;
- Yeast – 1.5 tsp;
- Butter – 150 g;
- Flour – 350 g.
Ingredients for sprinkles:
- Sugar – 150 g;
- Cane sugar – 2 tbsp.
Cookie preparation:
In warm milk you need to pour classic and vanilla sugar, as well as salt and yeast. Break an egg into the milk mixture, beat until homogeneous.
Heat vegetable oil in the microwave, pour it into the milk mixture. Sift the flour into the milk mixture, knead a non-sticky and elastic dough.
Leave the dough in the heat for half an hour, then roll out into a large thin layer. Sprinkle ¼ of the sugar on one part of the dough, cover with the other part of the dough
