Mint can be cooked in many different ways. This recipe is one of my favorites: it’s simple, quick to make, and requires a minimum of products.
To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:
- Pollock or hake, 900 g;
- onion, 2 pcs;
- salt and pepper, spices;
- butter, 35 g;
- bay leaf, 2 pcs.
Cooking process
Clean the fish from everything unnecessary. Remove the insides, rinse and dry with paper towels
. Cut the carcasses into portioned pieces, salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: you can use different spices for fish according to your taste.
Melt butter in a
frying
pan and pour various spices, stir and put the onions in.
Fry the onions for about 5 minutes.
Put the fish pieces in and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
Turn the pieces over and stew for another 10 minutes. It
is very tasty to serve such fish with mashed potatoes, boiled rice and salads.
