Ingredients for lemon sticks:
- Flour – 360 g;
- Sugar – 130 g;
- Butter – 180 g;
- Egg – pcs;
- Yolk – pcs;
- Lemon zest;
- Baking powder – tsp;
- Vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- Salt – a pinch.
Preparation of lemon sticks:
To the creamy warm butter pour vanilla and classic sugar, add the yolk and egg, mix thoroughly.
Add
the lemon zest to the mixture, mix again.
Pour the leavening agent and salt into the mixture. Gradually sift flour into the creamy mixture and knead a non-sticky, elastic dough.
First form the dough into walnut-sized lumps and then make a stick out of each lump. Dip the sticks in sugar and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake the sticks at 180 degrees in the oven for 15 minutes.
