The most delicious cream of mushroom soup. Step by step recipe

Mushrooms are very harmoniously combined with sour cream and cream, and in a soup, it combines just marvelously.

For preparation you will need the following ingredients:

mushrooms, 200 g;

– potatoes, 2 pcs;

– carrots and onions, 1 pc each;

– cream or milk, 100 g;

– processed cheese, 1 pc;

– dill, a bundle

; – salt and pepper to taste;

– vegetable oil.

Put a pot with 2 liters of water on the fire

Potatoes and carrots peeled, potatoes cut into cubes, as you usually do for soup

Pour the potatoes into the boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes, reducing the heat. Grate

the carrots on a coarse grater, dice the onion

. Clean the mushrooms, rinse and cut into pieces. You can take mushrooms to your taste.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onions and carrots, after 5 minutes add mushrooms, stir the mass and stew for 5 minutes.

Put the vegetables and mushrooms in a pot and cook the soup for 7 minutes.

Melt cheese cut into cubes and add to the soup – stir the mass until the cheese is melted

It takes about 5-8 minutes. Pour in the cream or milk, you can add it together with the cheese.

Salt and pepper the soup to taste, add dill and cook for another 3 minutes.

To the soup you can serve croutons with garlic: slices of any bread fry in vegetable oil, lay them out on a paper towel. Squeeze out the garlic, put everything in a bag and rub it well – the breadcrumbs are ready.
