Ingredients for the crust:
- Honey – 150 g;
- Flour – 150 g;
- Soda – 1 tsp;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Sugar – 50 g;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml.
Ingredients for the cream:
- Butter – 200 g;
- Condensed milk – 380 g;
- Peanuts – 50 g;
- Boiled condensed milk – 150 g;
- Coconut shavings – 20 g.
Preparation of honey roll:
Mix eggs with salt and sugar and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Add honey and vegetable oil to the mixture, continue beating until the components are combined.
Pour flour and baking soda into the mixture, knead a thick homogeneous dough

Cover a
baking
tray with parchment and pour the dough into it, spreading it over the entire surface.
Bake the roll at 180 degrees for 11 minutes. For the cream, beat butter, gradually pour condensed milk into it.
Remove uneven edges from the crust, make sprinkles from the scraps

Smear the crust with cream, sprinkle peanuts and spread the cooked condensed milk over the surface.
Wrap the filling in a roll, leave it like this, twist it in parchment and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. You can mix coconut shavings together with the rest of the cream and cover the roll with this mixture.
It turns out a delicious roll, which is similar to Medovik. This sweet dessert will be to the taste of all guests.
