Ingredients:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- salt – 1/4 tsp;
- sugar – 1 tbsp;
- flour – 130 g;
- milk – 400 ml;
- cornstarch – 1 tbsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- cottage cheese – 600 g;
- sugar – 3 tbsp;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- cornstarch – 1 tsp;
- egg – 1 pc;
- raisins – 120 g.
Preparation of pancakes:
In a bowl break eggs, pour sugar and salt, pour gradually flour and alternate it with 200 ml of milk, knead the dough with a whisk without lumps. Melt butter, pour into the dough together with cornstarch and the rest of the milk, mix.
For the filling mix cottage cheese with sugar, pour vanilla sugar, cornstarch, beaten egg.
Pour
boiling water over the raisins and leave

Pour the raisins into
the cottage
cheese mixture and mix.
In a frying pan, fry thin, browned pancakes on both sides.
Cover the finished pancakes with a lid to soften the sides.
Divide each pancake into 4 parts, put a spoonful of stuffing in each. Wrap the filling in the pancake as if in an envelope.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the pancakes with stuffing in it seam side down. Smear each layer of pancakes with butter.
Bake the pancakes at 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
These pancakes can be served with sour cream. It makes a very tasty breakfast or snack.
