Ingredients:
- Thickhead fish – 1 kg;
- Flour – 4 tbsp;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Smoked paprika – 1 tsp;
- Dried garlic – 1 tsp;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp;
- Coriander – ½ tsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of fish in batter:
Salt and pepper the fish, cleaned from insides, bones and scales. For the batter mix eggs with smoked paprika, dry garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, coriander and salt.
Pour flour into the mixed ingredients for the batter, stir. Dip the fish in the batter, coating on all sides.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the fish in batter until golden on all sides.
