One of the main ambassadors of the New Year holidays is the tangerine. This fruit is tightly associated with the holidays, with Christmas and the New Year. Ingredients for tangerine pie:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- sugar – 160 g;
- flour – 170 g;
- tangerine – 4 pcs.
Preparation of mandarin pie:
We divide the whites and yolks. In a bowl with yolks pour 80 grams of granulated sugar and stir until the grains of sand are dissolved.

a pinch of salt into the egg whites and beat with a mixer until white.

Sift flour into this mixture and knead a thick dough.
