Rolls are an unusual dish for festive and ordinary dinners. The fact is that rolls are versatile, they can be made from different products. For most people are familiar with sweet rolls from baked goods, for example, meringue roll. Everyone also knows about meat rolls, which are made from pork and beef. However, in addition to such rolls, there is a meat roll made of chicken. It is more tender and juicy.
People have been preparing rolls since antiquity. Then this delicacy was highly appreciated in society. Allow meat rolls could afford only the richest people. Now the situation has changed, rolls are available to everyone. Let’s prepare chicken meatloaf as an appetizer for the New Year’s table.
Ingredients for meatloaf:
- chicken breast – kg;
- parsley – a bunch;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- carrots – pcs;
- red pepper – ½ pc;
- cheese – 50 g;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- ground chili pepper – ½ tsp;
- sundried tomatoes – 4 pcs.
Preparation of chicken roll:
Chop the parsley bunch and garlic cloves finely. Break eggs in a bowl, beat and mix with garlic and parsley.
Grate cheese on a fine grater, put into the egg mixture. Pour boiling water over sun-dried tomatoes. Cut the chicken breasts so that the steaks are 1.5-2 cm thick.

Roll the layer into a roll with the filling inside, seal the roll with cling film.
