Ingredients for fritters:

  • kefir 2.5% – 300 g;
  • egg – pcs;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • sugar – 20 g;
  • flour – 280 g;
  • baking soda – 2 g.

Preparation of fritters:

To prepare puffy fritters, we slightly heat kefir to a temperature of 50-60 degrees C.
