The reasons for the failure of baking are many. If the yeast dough sticks to the hands, it is worth moistening them with water. If the pies become weathered before frying, cover them with a cotton towel.
These simple tips will help to facilitate the process of frying pies in a frying pan. Let’s prepare such baked goods with cheese filling.
Ingredients for pies with cheese:
- Warm milk – 200 ml;
- Sugar – 1 tsp;
- Yeast – 1 tsp;
- Flour – 400 g;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 70 ml;
- Cheese – 200 g;
- Egg – 1 pc.
Preparation of pies with cheese:
In a bowl with warm water, mix sugar and yeast. Pour flour and salt into the milk, knead elastic and slightly sticky dough with your hands.
Pour 20 ml of vegetable oil into the dough, continue kneading a less sticky soft ball. Leave the dough warm under a foil for 30 minutes.
Grate the cheese and mix with the egg. Knead the dough and divide it into 10 equal parts, form the rolls.
Leave the dough to proof for about 20 minutes under cellophane. Then roll out the rolls into thick tortillas with your hands, where you put the cheese filling.
Seal the filling inside the dough, flatten the patties slightly.
On 50 ml of hot vegetable oil in a skillet fry the patties until browned on both sides.
The result is puffy, soft and browned cheese patties.
You can also fry patties with any other filling on this dough.
