There are more than 20,000 recipes of different sweets in the world. It cannot be said that desserts were developed in different cultures in the past. Most of the sweets were prepared by people in the East.
In ancient times, most desserts were unsweetened, and chocolate was used as an aphrodisiac. By the way, even the well-known Tiramisu was served as a soup. Why did desserts modernize so much?

Ingredients for cream dessert:
- puff pastry – 300 g;
- milk – 180 ml;
- instant coffee – 40 g;
- brown sugar – 20 g;
- warm water – 30 ml;
- cream – 300 ml;
- powdered sugar – 100 g;
- Nutella – 80 g.
Preparation of the creamy dessert:
Divide the puff pastry into squares 7×7 cm approximately.
Place the squares on a baking tray lined with parchment and grease the surface of the dough with milk.
Bake the pastry squares at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Beat 150 ml of warm milk to a lush foam. Mix instant coffee with sugar, pour warm water into the coffee and stir.
Add 30 ml of milk
to the coffee
mixture. Spread the resulting mass on top of the whipped milk.
Separately whip cream with a mixer with powdered sugar to stable peaks, transfer the cream into a pastry bag. Divide each puff pastry square in two across.
Place the cream on a part of the triangles, decorate with Nutella, which we put into a pastry bag in advance.
Cover the cream with the rest of the puff pastry halves.
You can serve the dessert with a prepared cocktail of coffee and milk. It turns out to be a perfect combination for any holiday.
