Ingredients for the filling:
- Apple – 4 pcs;
- Sugar – 3 tbsp;
- Cinnamon – ½ tsp.

- Butter – 20 g;
- Sugar – 25 g;
- Flour – 4 tbsp.
Preparation of apple pie:
Remove the skin and seed pods from the apples, cut into small cubes. Put the apples in a frying pan over medium heat and fry.
Add sugar to the apples, stir and bring to dissolve the grains of sand. Add cinnamon to the caramelized apples, stir.
Transfer the apple filling to a plate and cool.
To prepare the dough – beat eggs with salt in a separate bowl.

Prepare the crumble – mix cold butter with sugar and flour, knead with your hands. Cover the top of the pie with the butter crumb.
Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
