Ingredients for cutlets:
- meat – kg of meat;
- dry bread – 200 g;
- milk – 200 ml;
- onion – pcs;
- garlic – clove;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- ground black pepper – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of cutlets:
Cut the meat of fatty pork into small pieces. Similarly cut onions, divide garlic clove in two.
