- butter – 60 g;
- milk – 150 ml;

Preparation of mashed potatoes:
Boil the peeled potatoes until tender, drain the water and leave to cool slightly. Salt the potatoes, add soft butter and knead thoroughly.
Warm the milk in a saucepan, pour it into the mashed potatoes, continue kneading, making barely noticeable whipping movements.
