It is worth telling about how you can prepare a delicious apple charlotte at home.
Ingredients for the charlotte:
- Apples – 4 pcs;
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Sugar – 210 g;
- Flour – 160 g;
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- Salt – a pinch.
Preparation of the charlotte:
Cut apples into small pieces, water with lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar, salt and vanilla sugar with a mixer for 7 minutes.
Sift the flour into the egg mixture in batches, knead the dough for the charlotte with a spatula using a gentle downward motion.
