Ingredients for fritters:
- flour – 240 g;
- dry yeast – 3 g;
- milk – 150 ml;
- salt – ¼ tsp;
- water – 100 ml;
- sugar – 20 g.
Preparation of fritters:
In a bowl mix warm water and milk, pour sugar, salt and yeast. Combine the ingredients, sift ⅔ part of the flour into the liquid.
Stir the ingredients, gradually adding the rest of the flour to the liquid dough. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes,
covering the bowl with the dough with cling film and leaving it warm for half an hour. Then lightly mix the dough, cover again with clingfilm and wait another 30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Without stirring, using a spoon soaked in water, pour the dough into the frying pan in small portions.
Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on a low-medium heat under a lid. Then turn the fritters on the second side and fry under a lid for 3-4 minutes.
After cooking, place the fritters on a paper towel to soak up excess fat. Sour cream, condensed milk or jam will go well with these fluffy fritters.
