Beet has a large number of benefits for which it is loved by mankind. In ancient times, beets were considered a medicinal remedy. In modern times, it is a topical root
vegetable
for the preparation of various salads.
You can probably find on the Internet a lot of nutritionists who recommend consuming the vegetable for weight loss. In fact, getting rid of excess weight beets will help only if you follow the diet. Unfortunately, eating beets with mayonnaise will not remove excess weight.
We will tell you about several salads with beets, which are likely to interest you.
Ingredients for beet salad #1:
- boiled beets – pcs;
- pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs;
- sesame seeds – 100 g;
- olive oil – tbsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Boiled beets need to be chopped on large grater cloves. Pickled cucumbers we cut into thin bars, combine with beet pulp
. In a frying pan we fry to a light golden shade of sesame, sprinkle the salad with it. Dress the dish with olive oil, salt. Mayonnaise can be used instead of oil.
Ingredients for beet salad #2:
- boiled beets – pcs,;
- boiled eggs – 3 pcs;
- pickled cucumbers – 5 pieces;
- onion – ½ pcs.;
- mayonnaise – tbsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Grate beet on medium sharps, cut into small cubes half of the onion and hard-boiled eggs. Cut thin bars of pickled cucumbers, combine in a bowl with beets, eggs and onions. Fill
the salad with mayonnaise, mix the components thoroughly
. You can replace mayonnaise with olive or sunflower oil.
Ingredients for beet salad #3:
- boiled beets – pcs;
- canned tuna – 150 g;
- canned corn – 180 g;
- dill – bundle;
- lemon juice – tbsp. l.;
- olive oil – tbsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Cut a peeled beet into a small cube, mix with tuna, previously ground into a mush. Add canned corn to the components.
Shinkuem finely dill, pour it into the salad. Dress the dish with lemon juice and olive oil. You can exclude lemon juice from the salad if you wish.
Ingredients for beet salad #4:
- boiled beets – pcs;
- carrots – pcs;
- parsley – bundle;
- garlic – clove;
- olive oil – a tbsp;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation of beet salad:
Shred beets on a coarse grater, cut carrots into thin straws. Shinkuem parsley or green onions, to your taste.
Mix beets, carrots and parsley in one bowl. Pass a garlic clove through the press, add to the salad. Salt the dish, dress with olive oil and mix well.

- chicken breast – pcs.;
- carrots – pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- dill – a bunch;
- mayonnaise – tbsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Chicken breast should be salted and fried on both sides until golden crust on vegetable oil.
When the breast is ready
, cut the
meat into cubes

mix in a bowl with beets
and carrots.
Shinkuem dill, add to the salad.
Fill the dish with mayonnaise, salt and mix together all the components.
