There are many cabbage salads, but I only make one. A simple and tasty recipe

Salad as a dish in international cuisine came from Italy, more specifically from ancient Rome. In Rome, salad was understood as a single dish consisting of endive, parsley and onions. The greens were dressed with honey, ground pepper and salt.

Since then, the preparation of salad has changed a lot: there are thousands of different recipes with all kinds of ingredients.

For example, cabbage salad has many variations, one of which we will share with you.

Ingredients for the salad:

  • Cabbage – 1 cauliflower;
  • Green onions, dill, parsley – 1 bunch;
  • Tomatoes – 4 pieces;
  • Eggs – 2 pieces;
  • Canned peas – 4 tbsp;
  • Canned corn – 4 tbsp;
  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil – to taste.

Preparation of the salad:

Finely chop the cabbage and send it to the salad
