Salads have long been a dangerous dish. In the Middle Ages, people were not particularly eager to experiment with cooking vegetable dishes. Since unsanitary conditions reigned, vegetables without heat treatment could affect the health of the whole settlement.

Around the XIX-XX centuries, people began to experiment with this dish. Previously only vegetable salads were added meat, cheese and fish.

We want to show you a recipe for one of the delicious salads with chicken breast.

Ingredients for salad Ministerial:

  • boiled chicken breast – 200 g;
  • mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. tbsp;
  • cucumber – 240 g;
  • salt – 3 pinches;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • vegetable oil – 15 ml;
  • onion – 100 g.

Preparation of the Ministry salad:

Cut thin bars of fresh cucumber. In 3 bowls break an egg, add to them a pinch of salt. Separately beat each egg.

Heat a frying pan with 5 ml of vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the 3 egg pancakes one at a time for 30 seconds on each side.

Stack the pancakes on top of each other and roll up into a roll. Slice the roll horizontally into thin slices.

Place the cucumbers and egg slices in a salad bowl. Boiled chicken breast is divided into fibers and also put in a salad bowl.

Cut onions in half rings, fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan. Cook onions for 1-2 minutes on a fire above medium.

Add onions to the total mass, dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
