Ingredients for zucchini cutlets:
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- salt – tsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- sour cream – 100 g;
- flour – 3 tbsp;
- cheese – 50 g.
Preparation of zucchini cutlets:
Remove zucchini stalks, cut into round slices 3-4 mm thick.
Put the zucchini plates in a bowl, sprinkle with ½ teaspoon salt, mix. Leave the zucchini slices for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl break the eggs, salt and beat. To the egg mixture put sour cream and flour, mix. Shred cheese on a grater, put it in the egg mixture, mix.
Dip the zucchini plates in the rest of the flour, and then in the mixture of cheese and eggs. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry zucchini until golden on both sides.
Uncomplicated zucchini cutlets are obtained. Such a batter is always obtained from the first time, the dish is prepared almost instantly.
