Ingredients for lemon peach cookies:

Into the egg mixture, sift a part of the flour with baking powder, add lemon zest. Cover the zest with the second part of the flour and knead the dough by hand.

the dough is wrapped in cellophane and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Roll out the other ½ into a large piece of dough and cut out circles with a circle or mold.
Place the dough circles on a parchment-lined baking tray. Put the peaches cut in advance on the dough, create clouds of cream on the future cookies.
