Ingredients for fish in the oven:
- fish fillet – 500 g;
- egg – 1 pc;
- cheese – 100 g;
- sour cream – 150 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- onion – 1 pc;
- carrots – 1 pc.
Cooking fish in the oven:
Clean the fish fillets from the insides, rinse and divide into large pieces. In a bowl, salt the fish, sprinkle with your favorite spices and mix.
While the fish marinates for 15 minutes, cut thin half-ring onions, grate carrots on a coarse grater. In a frying pan fry onions, add carrots.
In a mold for baking lay ½ of the fish fillet. Then put a layer of carrots and onions, cover the vegetables with fillet.
Cover the top with the rest of the vegetables.
For the sauce, mix egg with sour cream and coarsely grated cheese, mix. Pour the sauce over the top layer of fish in the mold.
