Ingredients for the dessert:
- egg – pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- sugar – 50 g;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- flour – 20 g;
- cornstarch – 20 g;
- milk – 500 ml;
- butter – 60 g;
- chocolate cookies – 300 g;
- milk chocolate – 180 g;
- cream 36% – 90 g;
- ground peanuts – 90 g.
Preparation of the dessert:
In a saucepan mix egg, salt, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and starch. Pour milk gradually into the saucepan, cook the mixture on low heat until thickened. Pour
butter into the milk mixture, continue cooking until the butter dissolves in the mixture. Then remove the mixture from the heat, stir and cool slightly.
Place the cookies in a baking dish with large sides. Spread ⅓ of the milk mixture on the cookies. Cover with a layer of cookies, repeat the procedure in layers until the cream is finished.
Heat cream, mix with milk chocolate until it melts. Add peanuts to the glaze. Spread the glaze over the surface of the dessert.
Leave the dessert in the freezer until completely set.
